Our FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) consists of a 5000W CO2 laser and 6000W fiber laser system both have a 30,000 lb. 10 bay material handling tower. The two laser systems have auto load / unload capability providing optimal capacity for an unmanned operation.

Ideal for cutting materials from 18 gauge to 7 gauge but able to cut up to 0.5" thick with a maximum raw material bed size of 60" x 120".

Utilizing a Boschert WK11 system, cutting, punching, and drilling bus and flat bars are done with great speed and precision. Bar up to 0.5" thick and 8" wide can be punched on this machine.

High definition Plasma cuts up to 1.5" thick steel with a raw material bed size of 120" x 156".
